Acceptance and Termination of Use

Users can access our Services through account registration. Account registration requires submitting Personal Data, such as but not limited to:

2. email;
3. billing and shipping address;
4. phone number;
5. payment information.

Users have to submit and maintain accurate, updated, and complete data in their Accounts. Invalid and outdated information may result in the inability to access and use our Services, or termination of use of our Services.

Laundry Luna is an ADA compliant service. Our technology and services are available to people with disabilities. Laundry Luna is not responsible for "Text to Speech" or visually impaired accessibility solutions that inadequately process our website. Visually impaired users need to call 888-820-5862 to be provided with the service over the phone.

Privacy Policy

Users agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy to access and use our Services. Laundry Luna encourages users to review the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy before disclosing any information.

Laundry Luna values confidentiality. We will not disclose your Personal Data to any third party other than our affiliates or Service Providers.

Order Placement

Users must ensure to place correct and accurate order details. Laundry Luna is not liable for any errors made by the User. If you think you have made a mistake, kindly contact us. We will note and confirm any changes to your Order details. Service contract takes place when Laundry Luna has accepted and confirmed the order.

Order modification is only accommodated before the scheduled pick time in the order confirmation email.

Order Cancellation

Users have limited rights to cancel orders:

1. before the set pickup date or;
2. if Laundry Luna is affected by an event that is out of our control (force majeure).

We may also cancel your order if

1. there are situations we cannot control (force majeure or natural disasters);
2. items are not available for pickup, or
3. collected items do not correspond with the order.

Laundry Luna informs Users by phone or email when orders are cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

The use of the Services is at your risk. Laundry Luna disclaims all the warranties implied or expressed with the use of Services, and is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

It is the User’s responsibility to (a) physically sort items according to the Services (dry clean, regular laundry) needed; (b) select the Services option in the shopping cart when placing the order on the website or app, and (c) leave a note for special instructions in the comment section. Failure to do so might cause damage in the process.

However, even when the Laundry Luna staff is equipped with extensive knowledge and years of experience and use processes that we believe are the best for the nature and condition of your garments. Damages may inevitably occur. Nevertheless, Laundry Luna cannot assume responsibility for inherent defects or material weaknesses.

Staff are instructed to check each garment for any personal items or valuables left inside garments. However, any loss of personal property is not the responsibility of Laundry Luna.

Indemnification

User will defend, indemnify, and keep Laundry Luna harmless and any of their employees, agents, shareholders, and other affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising from your:

1. misuse of Services;
2. violation of the terms;
3. violation of any third-party rights;
4. any claim that your use of Services caused damages to a third party.

Pricing

Laundry Luna charges a minimum order price for Services disclosed on the pricing list. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

Billing and Payment

Users authorize Laundry Luna to process payment for selected services at the Website through third-party payment services. Prices are listed at www.laundryluna.com/pricing. Payments are regulated according to the weight, additional services, and selected add-ons.

Tips

Laundry Luna is grateful for the tips placed on the order page on the Website or Application. Our tipping system is centralized. Hence, it is not given entirely to one staff. All drivers and staff involved share the tips received.

It is voluntary for Users to place a cash tip to our staff. Hence, Laundry Luna encourages each staff to provide the best customer service.

Any disagreement with the stated terms, you have to terminate your use of all services immediately.
